Catersave Europe prides itself on customer satisfaction; if any of our customer have a problem with one of our machines we will get to you within 24-48 hours to fix the problem. One of our engineers will visit the site and access the machine; they will either fix on site or leave you with a replacement machine whilst the machine is fixed at our factory.
